H&C® Infusion Industrial
Floor Finish is a tough and flexible metal cross-linked acrylic,
formulated to dry to a brilliant gloss. This ultra high solids floor
finish does not require buffing to bring out a shine. However, buffing
as a part of regular maintenance procedures prolongs the life of
the floor. This product is ideal for high traffic areas such as,
schools, office buildings, malls, retail stores, airports, factories,
hospitals, hotels and restaurants. Interior use only!
H&C® Infusion Industrial
Floor Finish is best used as a topcoat application over H&C®
Infusion Solvent Based or Water Based Sealers.
You will need a: Brush, Roller
- Infusion Reactive Stain residue MUST be removed prior
to applying sealer and floor finish.
- Surface must be dry 24 hours after final rinsing of removing
residue.
- Read all cautions and MSDS before any work is started.
Thinning
- FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY! Always do a test area to ensure
compatibility. H&C®
Infusion Industrial floor finish best applied by lambskin applicator.
DO NOT REDUCE.
- Wait at Least 24 hours after removing residue. Apply under dry
conditions only. Application to a damp surface may cause a hazy
appearance or loss of adhesion
- Air and surface temperature should be between 50° and 90°F
for 24 hours following application.
- Worn out traffic areas can be recoated at anytime without stripping.
- Removal of finish is done by using an ammoniated floor stripper.
Brush
Use a synthetic bristle brush.
Roller
Use a 1/4 nap lambskin roller.
First Coat: 1000 sq. ft/gal. Recommended 2-3 coats.
Dry Time
Drying Time: @ 77°F 50% RH
Temperature and humidity dependent.
