H&C® Infusion Water
Based Sealer is an emulsion of modified acrylic resin. This unique
acrylic emulsion is a premium clear durable sealer that works over
H&C® Infusion Reactive
Concrete Stain. Contains U.V inhibitors that provide a uniform non-yellowing
film. H&C® Infusion
Water Based Sealer can be used for interior or exterior applications
and exhibits great resistance to oil and gasoline products. Recommended
for commercial, industrial and residential use. Provides a gloss
finish.
H&C® Infusion Water
Based Sealer is used to seal any floor that has been stained using
H&C®
Infusion Reactive Concrete Stain. Sealer may also be used by
itself.
You will need a: Brush, Roller, Airless Sprayer
- Infusion Reactive Stain residue MUST be removed prior
to applying sealer.
- Surface must be dry 24 hours after final rinsing of removing
residue.
- Read all cautions and MSDS before any work is started.
Thinning
- FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY! Always do a test area to ensure
compatibility. H&C®
Infusion Water Based Sealer is best applied by spray. DO NOT REDUCE.
The sprayer must be clean and dry. Apply by low-pressure sprayer
with neoprene fittings.
- Wait at Least 24 hours after removing residue. Apply under dry
conditions only. Application to a damp surface may cause a hazy
appearance or loss of adhesion.
- Air and surface temperature should be between 50° and 90°F
for 24 hours following application.
Brush
Use a synthetic bristle brush.
Roller
Use a _"-3/8" nap lambs wool roller.
Sprayer

First Coat: 350-400 sq. ft/gal Coverage will vary depending
on the porosity of the concrete.
Second Coat: 400 sq. ft/gal.
Dry Time
Drying Time: @ 77°F 50% RH
Temperature and humidity dependent.

Sealer should be applied 24 hours after the acid residue has been
removed. Use 2 coats of H&C® Infusion
Water Based Sealer. For interior floors add at least 2 coats of
H&C® Infusion
Industrial Floor Finish for maximum protection.
