H&C^® Paver Sealer
H&C^® Paver Sealer is a premium quality, low luster sealer that penetrates and protects all types of porous decorative pavers as well as bonding joint sand. This single component, solvent free, VOC compliant penetrating sealer will enhance the appearance of pavers while providing excellent weather and water resistance. H&C paver sealer will apply milky white to ensure complete coverage, but dries to a clear transparent finish. H&C Paver Sealer keeps pavers looking new as it inhibits efflorescence staining through a breathable seal. It is ideal for walking or vehicular traffic.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

Weather Conditions

• Surface and air temperature should be above 50ºF and below 95ºF. Temperature should not fall below 40ºF for the period following application.

• Cleanup is easy—simply use warm, soapy water on sprayer and tools immediately following application.

Application Methods (does not need to be shaken)
First Coat:

• The most efficient method of application is with a low-pressure pump type sprayer but can be brushed or rolled if desired. Nozzle pressure should not exceed 20 psi. Apply the sealer liberally and evenly flood the paving stone joint to achieve maximum joint sand stabilization.
• If working with vertical surfaces, such as retaining walls, coat in the same manner above, working from the bottom of the wall to the top. Allow the sealer to run down the surface 8 to 10 inches always maintaing a wet edge to prevent "lapping".

Second Coat:

• If desired, apply within 1-2 hours of first coat application. Do not over apply this product as the surface may become slippery.
• Do not apply more than 2 coats of H&C paver sealer.
