Recommended Uses:

  • Cast-in-place and precast concrete.
  • Exposed aggregate.
  • Brick and Mortar.
  • Stucco and sandstone.
  • Architectural Concrete Block.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

Weather Conditions

  • Surface should be completely dry. Allow at least 24 hours with sunshine for drying, if surface was wet.
  • Do not apply below 40ºF (4ºC) or above 95ºF (35ºC). If freezing conditions exist before application, let masonry thaw. The water carrier may freeze at low temperatures or evaporate in hot conditions. Both conditions impair penetration and results. Do not apply if rain is expected within 3 hours. Do not apply during windy conditions. Do not dilute or alter these products.
Cleaning
  • Clean sprayer and tools with Isopropyl or denatured alcohol.

Application Methods

  • Apply a single application with low-pressure spray equipment (15psi), roller or broom.
  • On vertical surfaces apply the material from the bottom of the wall upwards spraying so that it will run down the surface at least six inches below the spray pattern.
  • On horizontial surfaces, sufficiently apply to completely cover flood the surface (approximately 125 FT2/gal). Typically, the surface can be reopened to traffic in one hour if the temperature is at 72ºF (22ºC) or above.

Drying Time

To Touch: 1 hour
Recoat: Minimum 4 hours
Light traffic: 2 hours
Heavy traffic: 72 hours
